SaveU Return Refund Policy

1) NOTE

It is highly advisable for all our customers that they inspect the delivered products and ensure that they are as per the description and your requirements. If found any damage or broken or not as per specifications then send the complete details to our customer care at mycare@saveu.in.

Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Failure to notify us within the given time frame of 24 hours will make all future claims NULL & VOID. You can reach our customer service team to notify about any faults via phone call + 91 9711568610 and via email at mycare@saveu.in

2) FASTag & QR Code

Please keep it noted that any new QR Code or FaSTag will not come in any Return & Refund Policy as these will be activated electronically as well as with hardware cost.

3) Advance & Bulk Orders

All the purchase on special demand or in advance requirements will not be returned and refunded as this comes with extra cost which cannot be reversed. So, any order which has to arrange specially will not be returned in any circumstance.

4) Incorrect or Damaged Materials

If we found that the orders which we deliver are faulty i.e., damaged or incorrect conditions then we will accept the returns and process the refunds. But this will only happen if our customer care team gets a notification within 24-hours after product delivery. We urge all our customers to adhere with the timeline as beyond given timelines, there will be NO Return & refund requests considered.

5) All Sales Are Final

All the orders placed on our mobile applications are final in all manners as we understand that a customer knows their requirements, urgency, quantity and quality and then only they place an order. So, we do not honor any cancellations, correction in order placed by you and that is why we suggest to be 100% sure about what you place. Authorized returns must be received in the original client delivery hub within 10 days of original delivery and in undamaged, resaleable condition (a quality check will happen once we receive the shipment). A return received after the 10 days or in non-resaleable condition will be REFUSED and returned at your expense.

6) Refusal Of Delivery

ALL ORDERS PLACED ARE FINAL. We do not honor Shipment Delivery refusals. If you do refuse delivery of an order for any reason, you will be responsible for both actual outbound and return transport. Once material is received by our warehouse in good condition and verified by our quality check team, credit will be issued to you, if any, less applicable fees mention herein.

7) Return Process at SaveU

Please follow the below return process to make it smooth -

Step 1: Notify our customer care team within 24-hours of the product delivery via + 91 9711568610 and via email at support@saveu.in

Step 2: Share your complete Order details and Reasons of the Return.

Step 3: Ship the item back via UPS, FedEx, USPS or other carrier to the return address listed on the product or you can ask the address from our customer care.

Step 4: Provide us with the tracking number once the item has shipped from your end. You may call or email our customer service with this information.

Step 5: As soon as we receive the material back and our quality team ensures the faults, the warehouse will restock it and a refund will be issued.

8) Acceptance of Return & Refund Terms

We understand that by accessing this platform and/or purchasing products from SaveU, you agree that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by all of the provisions set forth herein (collectively, the "Terms and Conditions"), all of which constitute an agreement between you and SaveU. The terms and conditions on any reference, order acknowledgment, invoice or other form you receive from SaveU are incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. These Terms and Conditions establish the exclusive agreement between you and SaveU except as otherwise agreed in writing signed by us. Our failure to assert a right or insist upon compliance with any term or condition shall not constitute a waiver of that right or excuse any subsequent noncompliance.

Return & Refunds in case of Parking, Car Wash & Other Pre-Paid Services for Users/Customers:- User can Cancel the Booking only before 45-minutes of the booked Parking or Washing time and there will be no Cancellations honored beyond the given time frame and there will be No Refunds in all these cases.
All the Refund will be returned back on the original Payment method within 7-days of the actual refund date which further depends on the payment gateway if it takes more than defined time.


Return & Refunds in case of Parking, Car Wash & Other Pre-Paid Services for Partners:- Partners can Cancel the Booking only before 45-minutes of the listed Parking or Washing time and there will be no Cancellations honored beyond the given time frame and there will be No Cancellations in all these cases and Partner has to provide the listed Parking Space or give the listed services and in case Partner refuse the same then the Partner is going to bear the componsation fee for the Customer irrespective of the reasons.
