An order can only be cancelled if we haven't processed it yet. This generally happens no more than 24-hours after an order is placed. Due to the time-sensitive as well confirmation to next vendor and payment transfer nature of our trading business, we do require that requests for cancellation or postponement be handled over the phone as well as Email so that we can make ensure that your request is honored.
In order to Cancel or postponed, we need below details: -
• Order ID
• Transaction ID
• Order Date
• # of Orders (to Cancel/Postpone)
• Mode of Payment
• Reason for Cancellations
NOTE-
• There is NO Cancellation against the successfully generated QR Codes.
• There is NO Cancellations after given time frame of 24-hours once order placed.
• There is NO Cancellations for New FASTag generated & Recharge of FASTag.
• No postpones & cancellation once an order is shipped.
• NO Cancellation before 45-minutes of your Car Parking & Cas Wash Booking.
Cancellation Fee
We do not charge any cancellation fee from our end but if there is any cancellation fees applicable from the corresponding bank then it will be bear by the customer. That is why we advise and suggest all our customers that you need to be double certain of your order when you place it. The Booking amount in case of Parking & Car Wash services will not be refunded in you book a services and does not visit or if you try to cacnel the booking beyond the given time frame.
